Anaerobic Digestion – Turning crops into clean energy
Anaerobic Digestion (AD) is a natural biological process in which microorganisms break down organic material in oxygen-free conditions.
Our AD Process
Inputs:
Food grade feedstocks and straw
Biological Stages:
Hydrolysis → Acidogenesis → Acetogenesis → Methanogenesis
Outputs:
- Biogas (≈53% Methane, ≈46-47% CO2)
- Food & Beverage Grade Liquid Bio-CO2
- Bio-LNG
- Digestate (used as nutrient-rich bio-fertiliser)
